We are delighted to share this great opportunity for students!
Please share with students and staff.
Date: Wednesday 30th September (And every other Wednesday thereafter)
Time: 14:00 – 15:00
Location: Special Collections (3rd floor of library)
If you have an interest in love, beauty, nature, politics, music, philosophy, art, culture, games, films, or anything that you feel passionate about then this is the opportunity for you.
This is a fortnightly session where we meet up to read, discuss and write poetry. You don’t have to have written anything before, and it is for absolutely everybody. Even if you really don’t think that this is for you, we encourage you to come along and to meet a new group of people, in a safe and enjoyable environment.
You will be supported by academic staff from across the University, and all materials will be provided. All we ask is that you bring a pen or a pencil and an open mind.
Come along to the first session to find out what it is all about, we guarantee that at the very least you will meet some other interesting people, and hopefully you will leave feeling inspired and wanting to return”
